What is Speed Dating?
Speed dating is a formalized matchmaking process or dating system whose purpose is to encourage people to meet a large number of new people.
How Does it Work?
The speed dating session will consist of an approximate number of women and men to meet one another. Places will be set for two people so that they may be able to sit down to talk and get to know one another. The women will be seated while the men will rotate around the room. Each meeting will be approximately 3-5 minutes, depending on how many participants are in attendance. Each participant will be given a score card, once you meet someone, who you may be interested in meeting again, you will record their first name and/or assigned number, which each individual will be wearing on their name badges. At the end of the session we will collect the score cards and we will email each participant, based on mutual matches. The email will consist of the exchange of contact information for the matched individuals. Your information will only be given if the interest is mutual.
